Take A Closer Look!

We offer a comprehensive and exciting learning experience for students. Our elementary program features a curriculum that encompasses the core subjects of language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, computer technology, music and visual arts, and physical education.

Our Curriculum

Teachers integrate experiences in art, music, dance, physical education, and technology into daily instruction to nurture our student’s creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.

Reading & Writing

In English Language Arts (ELA) students learn to become effective readers and writers.

Mathematics

In mathematics we teach students to have solid understanding of concepts, and to work through problems with skill and ease.

Sciences

All students are curious about the world in which they live, which makes them natural scientists. Science helps them make sense of the world around them. It provides opportunities for students to investigate this world and explain how and why things happen.

Social Studies

In social studies students use rich content, major themes and big ideas to learn history, geography, economics, civics, citizenship, and government.

ELEVATE Science

Elevate Science is a complete K-5 science curriculum that supports critical thinking and elevates learning and teaching. The curriculum offers print and digital curriculum and is aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards. It provides students with the opportunity to explore by introducing engaging phenomena to students.

Teachers College Reading and Writing Project (TCRWP)

Our school partners with TCRWP to provide our students with reading and writing instruction that is student centered. Through research and curriculum development, TCRWP’s goal is to provide all students with opportunities for powerful and joyful engagement with literacy. We believe that together, our work centers on young people working with agency, learning skills in phonics, comprehension, and the craft of writing, transferring their learning across the curriculum and throughout their lives.
